Spring 2026 Friday co-op is not accepting new students.

If you are signing up in order to access other PCC LEAH activities, we are still accepting new members.

The steps to complete the membership application are:
* Agree with the statement of faith
* Fill out the registration form
* Submit $45 payment via paypal
* Join NYS LEAH on https://portal.leah.org/ (cost is now $50) unless if you are already a LEAH member.
*After the application has been approved, you will need to do a background check and watch a short video about keeping kids safe.

Your membership will be pending until after we receive a complete application and our screening process is finished.

Notes about our membership year:
1) The school year runs from July 1-June 30.
2) The new school year registration opens June 1.
3) We do not prorate membership fees.

Friday Co-op Information:
Our Friday co-op is not a drop-off program and requires one of the parents/legal guardians to be in the building at all times and to be volunteering during half of that time. This is a 10-week commitment to attend and to volunteer.

Volunteer Selection

Volunteer Guidelines

PCC LEAH asks each family to volunteer yearly to serve at chapter level events.

Membership eligibility may be revoked if your family does not volunteer at least one time during the year.

**IMPORTANT**: PCC LEAH Volunteer Fulfillment Requirements include one the following

     i. Signing up to volunteer at a PCC LEAH event in a helper role: set up, clean up, serve

     ii. Claim one of the jobs that is listed in a google group volunteer request email

     iii. Others jobs must be preapproved by the Chapter Leader to fulfill the requirement

1. Coordinating a pre-approved event or field trip.

2. Friday co-op board positions fulfill the requirement, but other Friday co-op jobs do NOT.

3. If events include complimentary tickets/perks/discounts, then those full benefits should be distributed among all participating families.

     i. Complimentary tickets reduce the number of total purchased tickets required therefore the cost per ticket should be reduced for all participants or attendees. Persons receiving complimentary tickets should pay as much as other participants/attendees. This often applies to venues where chaperone tickets are given, but homeschool parents will attend with their own children (amusement parks, performances).

     ii. An exception to this is when adults chaperone events that include children other than their own (i.e., parents of other children do not attend). In this case, benefits should be distributed among all of the chaperones.

PCC LEAH Statement of Faith

Our Statement of Faith includes only those truths upon which all true Christians agree. It concerns the authority of Scripture, Deity of Christ, the Person and Work of Jesus Christ (the Gospel) as revealed in Scripture. It is the faith once delivered to the saints (Jude 1:2, Ephesians 4:5) which distinguishes believers from non-believers. There are many other precious truths taught in the Bible over which godly men have differed in understanding. Therefore, this is not a statement of all that is important to believe, but of all that is essential to believe for Christian Fellowship and unity. (Romans 15:7).
We believe:

• 5.1. The Bible is the inspired, infallible, divinely preserved Word of God, the supreme and final authority for all faith and life.
• 5.2. There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• 5.3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, and His imminent bodily return in power and glory.
• 5.4. Man was created in the image of God, but fell into sin and is therefore lost, and only those who put their faith in Jesus Christ alone, not trusting in any personal works whatsoever, can be saved.
• 5.5. Salvation is the free gift of God brought to the sinner by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, Whose substitutionary death on the cross paid the penalty for man’s sin.
• 5.6. The ministry of the Holy Spirit is to convict mankind, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service.
• 5.7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers through our common faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and that individual doctrinal differences, which may exist, outside of the aforementioned, should not hinder the unity of Christian home educators.
• 5.8. God created man and woman after His own image, and that God has ordained marriage, consisting of one man and one woman, to be the foundation of the family and to be the only legitimate and Godly expression of sexuality. We believe…
• 5.8.1. That God created mankind in His image: male (man) and female (woman), sexually different but with equal personal dignity. Consequently, members must affirm their (and all others) biological sex and refrain from any and all attempts to physically change, alter, or disagree with their predominant biological sex. (Genesis 1:26-28, Romans 1:26-32, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11)
• 5.8.2. That God created and ordered human sexuality to the permanent, exclusive, comprehensive, and conjugal “one flesh” union of man and woman, intrinsically ordered to procreation and biological family, and in furtherance of the moral, spiritual, and public good of binding father, mother, and child. Consequently, members must affirm the sexual complementarity of man and woman and resist any and all same-sex sexual attractions and refrain from any and all same-sex sexual acts or conduct. (Genesis 1:27, Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6, Mark 10:5-9, Romans 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11, Ephesians 5:25-27, Revelation 19:7-9, Revelation 21:2)
• 5.8.3. That the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated by Scripture. (Genesis 2:18-25) God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other. (1 Corinthians 6:18; 7:2-5; Hebrews 13:4) God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman.
• 5.8.4. That any form of sexual immorality (including but not limited to: adultery, fornication, homosexual behavior, bisexual conduct, bestiality, incest, and use of pornography) is sinful and offensive to God. (Matthew 15:18-20; 1 Corinthians 6:9-10.)
• 5.8.5. That the term “family” means either a married couple as defined in 5.8.2 and 5.8.3 who are usually blessed with one or more biological and/or adopted children or grandchildren; or a single adult with one or more biological and/or adopted children or grandchildren.
